Introduction
Everyone has factors limiting them achieving more. However there is always one factor limiting your success more than the others. Your task is to find this most limiting factor and work at improving it so it is no longer limiting your success. At this point another factor will be limiting you. You need to then work on that factor. This article explains how to do that.

Limiting Factors In Nature
Now this where my agricultural backgrounds accounts is quite useful. There is a concept in agriculture that based on the YOU potential of a crop or plant. Now the potential of the plant is limited usually by one factor, so in it may be a hundred factors that go into producing the required for a plant it’s usually one factor int here. For example, it could be waters, a common one in a growing environment. But other factors are nitrogen, phosphorous, sunlight, temperature as you can see in this diagram, we’ll up a picture of the barrel with the staves, shadows and other limiting factors as you can see the limiting factor is oil, and you can see it conceptualises how the limiting factors reduces crop potential. In this example, not just the limiting factor, if you put more nitrogen into the plant on the fertiliser of the plant then that leaves the stave up and then if you put nothing then the next you’ll overtake the limiting factor. Then you won’t become the limiting factor and the next ______ tha’t when you have to bump that up. And, now another one to look at is this graph here that will show the next one I plot, that shows temperature and whatever limited how it grows, so now, what you can learn from this is that you. Back to agriculture. In agriculture, you obviously waste money if you put an effort in lifting these other staves up if these factor here is the most limiting. So you’re best time, your best investment is spent on putting the money into lifting the most limiting factor up, so for nitrogen it’ easy you just buy more nitrogen and put it on. Some factors like water, you put your irrigation on and at some point, you get diminishing returns so the more invest in that factor., the more that’s the thing sbaout diminishing the ____ thing doesn’t explain this but you improve to show this in XY graph it’s diminishing returns, so it goes like. It curves up her,e we need a graph sys, so the more you invest in it, at some point below the maximum is the optimum investment. So you invest up to here the diminishing returns means that you’ve, this is really easy to explain. In agriculture, say you’re growing corn, and it’s worth 5 dollars a bushel and then the nitrogen required to get the last bushel cost you 10 dollars. Then that’s a bad investment isn’t it, coz you put 10 dollar sinvsested into it but you only gained 5 dollar from it. That means the economic optimum how many nitrogen you have to put on, you should put on is actually back beyond the curve of it. And this is the principle of , this is the underlying principle behind the 80 20 rule where the first 20 % of your effort or investment often give you 80% of your result. And the more effort you put into it, the less return you get. In the 80 20 rule, the argument is you put 20% of your effort to get 80% of the result and move on to something else that will give you another bump. Now that’s simplistic way of thinking about it. What I think about is you should, in what we promote in Succesly, you should work on your most limiting factor and get it up above your most limitng factor but don’t over invest in that don’t spend all your time on exercise if you, don’t exercise 6 hrs. a day to get you right on the peak of fitness and to se to your productivity if there’s some other limiting factor in there. Because it’s not the most limiting factor, as you grow through the course, either a long period of months or years.
You want to keep growing these stats keeps moving them up, until ultimately, somewhere down the track and these can be year sor 10 year either. That you are the peak, you filled up, you worked on all these staves in here and you fill this up and you’re right at the peak. Now, we end the Succesly app which calculates your productivity has these factors built in to it there diminishing returns on all the things you think about. So were not trying to push you to jump right on the top in fitness or mindset or whatever else, all we’re trying to take you up in this escalator and it’s like a spar escalator but this free organised staves, and for the most limiting factor to least limiting factor. We’re kinda zigzagging, cross here and building up, and building up and then too.. then we move to an advanced concepts odwn the track to lay t and get even more our success. So the basic principle that we focus originally and that has a big impact on success as indicated by science is exercise, sleep, mindset and productive tasks. So we kinda focus on them for the first part of the course and we move on to some other habits. Here we never listed these habits and the priorities maybe it’s a hundred old and we gradually introduced these habits into your system in your daily life so that you can fulfil your potential.
Just to extend analogy with crops a bit more. Corn is say, the theoretical ____ ____for corn based on probably sunlight ( ___ do some research on this) but it’s like sunlight, 500 bushels per acre now that’s theoretically, you give everything it can get, the sunlight, the perfect temperature, the perfect nutrients, perfect water, everything, perfect night press, no disease, no weeds .. _____The average yield in _____ is probably 180 or something ____ comes less. Then the theoretical max, that’s because there’s a limitng factor holding it back. And it is also economically, to get up that 500 its not economically viable. So to dig up that 500 you have to have all the corn in a greenhouses and the grip irrigation. You got people planting the seed perfect distance so it’s economically it’s not feasible to get up there. But there’s some people, some areas that would grow less if I haven’t dripped, mine produces 50 bushels per acre. There’s a maasicve. It’s like there’s a a new indicator of success besides income per year. Your income per year as one level of indicator of success. That means, if your variability is say 50k per year at the low end, but if you unleash the economic potential you can get 190k per year and you there are some areas that get 300 bushels a year you get 300k a year but having said that, the income is a lot less limited by a crop than a crop yield. For example Bill Gates his income is billions of dollar a years, that’s one guy, whereas low income learn earner in US, many many thousand ____. There’s a lot more scope and a lot of opportunity if you ____ that income to increase your income. A lot of that can involve luck, as well as hard work. If you put yourself in the right position if you work hard and give yourself the highest potential to achieve the success you dream and often luck wil come along when you’re not expecting it.How do you get there/ For example
Bill Gate’s Limiting Belief
Bill Gates wasn’t confident enough to take the original contact that ultimately made him the richest person in the world. The story goes id with IBM that ma. In fact he wasn’t probably originally, he turned down that contract originally. The story goes that he told IBM to speak to another guy, to get MS DOS, to get the DOS software that IBM required for the computer. He told them to speak to the other guy. Only after IBM spoke to the other guy, could get any agreement they came again to Bill Gates and Bille Gates went and bought MS DOS of another company for 15k dollars and licensed it to IBM and a _____. So he didn’t even build a software , he didn’t build the original MS DOS, he purchased it for 15k USD in 1974 which is an equivalent to. I did som research on this of the 15k dollars in 1974 to 2016 dollars. There are converters online that take account on inflation so I find it that’s a million dollars. So he invested a million from a ____ company to licensed it to IBM. And the guy they did go to, Bill Gates recommended to speak to, he end up dying in a _______ or _______. Bill Gates is the richest man in the world. That’s how luck, it may look like luck but it can actually be a product of confidence in yourself in your mindset and in taking some risks to get to take the road of opportunity. I’m not saying you can be the next Bill Gates but I’m saying if you follow the principles we lay out in Succesly, you put yourself in the lot stronger position when those opportunities come along. You can grab them and take the highest advantage of them. In the video I, should lift up some books, here are some surefire books I read recently, I recommend you read them too.
